Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in route sales, delivery, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Assist with loading and unloading route trucks to support daily operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with customers and identify upsell opportunities to grow the route.
• Operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes with safety first.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments and maintain safety standards.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and maintain route discipline.
