Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts in Cincinnati, OH. You will drive a company-owned step van to multiple stops daily, provide exceptional service, and upsell products and services that keep customers' facilities clean and efficient.

Ideal candidates have a valid DOT medical certification, a current driver's license, and are at least 21.

Qualifikationen

• Active driver's license and minimum 21 years old.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a customized company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops and load/unload equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
• Respond to inquiries and requests; proactively solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain the vehicle and equipment; build rapport with customers.
• Customer service and relationship-building are central to the role.
