Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements.
• Active driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Must have strong customer service orientation.
• Show self-motivation and teamwork in a goal-driven environment.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, organization and service spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning surfaces with no-touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a company-owned step van to and from customer stops, loading and unloading equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customers.
• Respond to inquiries and requests and proactively solve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain equipment and vehicle interior; manage assigned routes and customer relations.
• Build customer relationships and deliver reliable service as a key priority.
