Job summary

Cintas Corporation in West Palm Beach, FL is hiring a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow assigned customer accounts. The role focuses on delivering no-touch cleaning solutions, maintaining equipment, and building strong client relationships.

You will drive a company van on a routine schedule, coordinate with customers, and upsell products and services while ensuring safety and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly/biweekly/monthly basis with no-touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a company-owned step van to stops and assist with unloading equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current accounts.
• Respond to inquiries and proactively solve problems to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain and clean equipment and vehicle interior; build rapport with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships to support growth.
