Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts. You will serve a defined base, drive a company van, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment and vehicles.

The role emphasizes solving customer issues, expanding service offerings, and building strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term business.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a customized company-owned step van to and from numerous stops daily, lifting and carrying equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
• Respond to inquiries and requests and engage in proactive problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain equipment and vehicle interior; build rapport with customers served.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business.
