Job summary

Cintas in Maywood, IL is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow a base of customer accounts. You will drive a company-owned step van to assign routes, perform cleaning of surfaces with no-touch equipment, and build strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, selling additional products, meeting DOT requirements, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Obtain DOT medical certification prior to first day
• Provide documentation of prior employment

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment
• Drive a customized company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, as well as lifting and carrying equipment into and out of customer accounts
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and pro-active problem solving
• Cleaning and maintaining the equipment and interior of the vehicle. Specific routes and customers are assigned in order to build a rapport with the customers serviced.
• Customer service and relationship-building is crucial in this position.
