Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts along a designated route in Dallas, TX. You will drive a company-owned step van, service client sites on a weekly to monthly cadence, and sell additional products to existing customers.

Qualified candidates must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs, have an active license, and be at least 21 with a DOT medical certification. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a customized company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, as well as lifting and carrying equipment into and out of customer accounts.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and pro-active problem solving.
• Cleaning and maintaining the equipment and interior of the vehicle; build rapport with customers serviced.
• Customer service and relationship-building is crucial in this position.
