Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route to service and upsell within an existing customer base, handling uniforms, towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements and be able to operate a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• DOT medical certification must be obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional safety standards.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
