Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route includes delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products; the role is physical, fast-paced, indoors/outdoors.

You will be the face of Cintas, build rapport with decision makers, upsell, renew service agreements, and ensure compliance with vehicle regulations. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Self-motivation and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle weighing >10,000 lbs.
• Must have an active driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification is required.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
