Phelps Uniform Specialists is seeking a dependable Route Service Representative (RSR) – Jumper to join our family-owned team in Colorado. You will learn multiple routes, support our operations, and build lasting customer relationships while assisting with deliveries and pickups and ensuring accurate documentation.

The role requires strong customer service, independence, and flexibility across changing daily schedules, with emphasis on safety, DOT standards, and physical work in varying

Responsibilities

• Cover customer routes as needed to support schedules and growth.
• Deliver clean uniforms, mats, and rental items; pick up soiled items.
• Manage deliveries, pickups, inventory, and customer documentation.
• Load/unload and secure products on delivery vehicles per safety standards.
• Communicate feedback and vehicle issues to management.
• Adapt to changing routes while maintaining high service levels.

As a Jumper, you'll learn multiple routes, support our team where needed, and build lasting customer relationships while enjoying variety in your day.What You'll DoCover customer routes as needed to support vacation schedules, absences, growth, and business needs.Deliver clean uniforms, mats, facility service products, and other rental items while picking up soiled products.Help grow existing customer accounts by identifying customer needs and recommending additional products and services.Ensure accurate deliveries, pickups, inventory management, and customer documentation.Load, unload, and secure products and carts onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.Operate a company vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.Communicate customer feedback, service concerns, and vehicle issues promptly to management.Adapt to changing daily schedules and route assignments while maintaining exceptional service.What We're Looking ForStrong customer service and communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, routes, and business needs.Clean driving record.Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements (drug/alcohol test, fit-for-duty test, DOT physical).Comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and moving carts weighing up to and exceeding 250 lbs.Able to remain active throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and pulling.Must be at least 21 years of age to meet DOT requirements.Why Join Phelps? 4-Day Work Week (Monday–Thursday) – Enjoy three-day weekends every week.
