Wildman in Indianapolis is seeking a Route Service Representative to grow and maintain an established service route while building client relationships. You will be the face of the route, delivering and picking up products with a company truck and ensuring accurate inventory and billing.

The role offers a training wage of $52,000 with commission and bonuses once the route is assigned, plus opportunities for recognition and advancement within our supportive, team‑driven culture.

Compensation

Training Wage: Base of $52,000 Once a route is assigned: + Commission +Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Execute delivery of new/clean products and pick up of used products daily in company truck
• Track customer inventory for correct delivery and billing using company provided handheld computer; assist in issues concerning route customers
• Customer focused; shows ability to create and demonstrate value to the customer
• Complete end of the day administrative tasks including unloading the truck and preparing for next day's route
• Actively drive customer retention and increase route revenue by expanding customer relationships
• Promotes a safe working environment and ensures compliance with all Company and regulatory requirements (DOT).

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. (2-3 years driving/delivery, customer service, or sales experience preferred)

Requirements

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent
• Requires a valid driver's license with a For-hire endorsement
• Must pass a DOT physical prior to employment
• Must pass drug/alcohol screening
• Is generally guided by established policy and procedures but receives daily/weekly guidance from superior for all projects, customer service issues and miscellaneous items
• Attention to detail is a must as errors may involve loss of customers
• Requires ability to use handheld pc, keyboard, monitor, phone, calculator, printer, and copier
• Requires ability to communicate verbally with others
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and maintain organization

Physical Requirements

• Requires maximum physical effort
• Required to sit for extended periods,
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, lift, push and walk
• Must be able to drive a truck/step van
• Maximum unassisted lift = 50 lbs
• Ability to read, enter and use efficiently a handheld computer
• Ability to use telephone to communicate with customers and internal support personnel
• Gloves are recommended

Environmental Requirements

• Outside air temperatures during all seasons
• Including extreme heat/humidity during summer and cold during winter season
• At times, extreme odors or unclean product
