Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative in Fort Wayne, IN to implement merchandising plans and drive store performance. You will travel across a large territory to set up and replenish displays, ensure planograms, and coordinate with store managers to meet merchandising goals.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, 21+ years old, and the ability to travel and stay overnight when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy with smartphone apps, Outlook and Zoom.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Be 21 years of age or older; able to lift up to 50 pounds; bend, push, stoop, and kneel as needed.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company vendor.

Responsibilities

• Set up, replenish and merchandise products at stores on a route using SRP company vehicle.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.

• Manage stock, rotate products and keep shelves stocked; use company storage as needed.

With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.Duties and Responsibilities:Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.Expected Compensation Range: $50,544 – $59,280 annuallyNote: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses.
