Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative in Lexington, KY. The role involves traveling a large territory to implement merchandising plans, set up product displays, and maintain stock in stores, with a company vehicle provided.

You will collaborate with store managers to meet merchandising goals and ensure planograms are followed. The position starts early (6:00am) and typically runs 48–52 hours per week, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending/pushing/kneeling for extended periods.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, Zoom).
• Must be willing to travel and stay 2–3 nights per week for route business.

With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.Duties and Responsibilities:Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.Expected Compensation Range: $51,976 – $60,871 annuallyNote: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.51 – $19.51 per hour.The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses.
