Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners in Colorado Springs is seeking a Route Service Representative to travel a broad territory, merchandise displays, maintain planograms, and stock shelves while driving SRP vehicles. You will work with store managers, set up promotions, ensure displays comply with standards, and meet merchandising goals, often starting at 6:00am with occasional overnight travel.

Expect a 48–52 hour week with overtime, and potential 2–3 nights away per week for route coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.

With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.Duties and Responsibilities:Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.Compensation Range: $56,160 – $65,520 annuallyNote: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $20.00 – $21.00 per hour.The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses.
