Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative in Covington, KY. You will travel to multiple store locations to implement merchandising plans, set up displays, and maintain stock levels across a large territory.

Position is full-time with a base pay structure and overtime. Must hold a valid driver’s license, be 21+, and be willing to travel with potential overnight stays. Competitive benefits include health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Tech savvy with smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to rent/operate a rental car as required for travel.
• Willingness to travel and spend nights away from home.

Responsibilities

• Travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure materials are placed correctly.
• Work closely with store managers and team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are stocked, with company storage for overflow.

With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.Duties and Responsibilities:Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.Expected Compensation Range: $51,976 – $60,871 annuallyNote: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.51 – $19.51 per hour.The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses.
