Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners seeks a Route Service Representative in Covington, KY. The role involves traveling a large territory to implement merchandising plans, set up displays, and maintain planograms across stores, driving a SRP vehicle.

You will work with store managers to achieve merchandising goals and manage stock while on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Tech savvy with smartphone apps, Outlook and Zoom.
• Experience in customer service, sales or retail preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Expected Compensation Range:$51,976 – $60,871 annually

This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.51 – $19.51 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location.
