Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative in Spartanburg, SC. The role involves traveling to various store locations to implement merchandising plans, set up displays, and maintain promotions on a driven route.

Daily schedule begins at 6:00am, approximately 48–52 hours weekly with overtime and overnight stays as needed. Benefits include insurance, weekly pay, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Tech savvy with smartphone apps, Outlook and Zoom.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Climb in and out of a vehicle frequently.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; rental car eligibility.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Expected Compensation Range: $50,544 – $59,280 annually

Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location.
