UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily while building strong relationships with customers. You’ll operate a company walk‑in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety and representing UniFirst with professionalism.

This role offers a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and a commission‑based earning structure that rewards upselling and route growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record; must be at least 21.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick garments daily on an assigned route.
• Load and unload route trucks; ensure accuracy at start of day.
• Maintain on‑time deliveries and returns; ensure customer satisfaction.
