Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and returning garments and products daily. You will be the primary contact for customers, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up garments and products daily on an assigned route.
• Load and unload route trucks and assist operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell where appropriate.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
