UniFirst Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to be the face of UniFirst to customers, managing deliveries, pickups, and growing account relationships along a fixed daily route.

This field-based role emphasizes reliability, safety, and a customer-focused approach as you drive growth on your route, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Strong customer service skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using new technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: primary contact for customers delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support Daily Operations: load/unload route trucks to start each day efficiently.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time deliveries/returns and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport with customers and upsell products.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities on your route.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck with safety as a priority.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: work indoors and outdoors with energy and care.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues and manage inventory.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends.
