Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route, delivering uniforms, towels, and cleaning products on indoor/outdoor routes. You are the face of Cintas to customers and will grow the account portfolio.

You will maintain quality, resolve customer concerns, and upsell additional products while adhering to DOT and safety standards. Training, bonus incentives, and a 4-day workweek are offered.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required and able to meet DOT driving requirements.
• HS diploma or equivalent (GED) or Military service.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Self-motivation with organizational skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve concerns.
• Grow customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
