Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service existing customers, and upsell products such as uniforms, towels, and cleaning supplies.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a 4‑day workweek for most schedules and no nights or weekends, plus a 10‑week training program to get you up to speed. The position offers base pay plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety policies.
