The Route Service Representative position at Cintas Corporation focuses on managing and growing customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and upsell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility supplies on a fast-paced route.

The role emphasizes a solid base salary with commission, a largely 4-day workweek, minimal nights or weekends, and performance bonuses. Training is provided.

Qualificações

• Active driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsabilidades

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
