Job summary

Wildman in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow a service route while building strong relationships with clients. The role offers base pay with weekly commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus potential trips for top performers.

Base pay starts around $52,000 annually with additional commission and bonuses as the route is assigned. This exempt, full-time position supports a four-day work week from Monday to Thursday and requires a valid DOT/for-hire

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (2-3 years driving/delivery, customer service, or sales experience preferred).
• Proactive, motivated and able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new/clean products and pick up used products daily in company truck.
• Track customer inventory for correct delivery and billing with handheld device; assist route customers with issues.
• Drive customer retention and increase route revenue by expanding relationships.
• Perform end-of-day admin tasks including unloading and preparing for next route.
