Job summary

UniFirst Canada seeks a Route Service Representative to serve as the face of UniFirst for a dedicated customer route. You will manage deliveries and pickups, grow accounts, and work independently while delivering reliable, safe service.

This field-based role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends, and earnings from day one through commission on upselling and service excellence. Training and growth opportunities are available within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills; able to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies to improve operations.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route; primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations; load/unload route trucks and ensure accuracy at start of day.
• Deliver on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships; upsell garments and products to enhance service.
• Drive sales growth by identifying upsell opportunities within route customers.
• Represent UniFirst on the road; operate company walk-in truck and uphold safety.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor/outdoor environments with attention to safety.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends.
