Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division on an established route. This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

Role emphasizes building relationships, upselling, and ensuring safety and compliance, with a 4-day workweek and no regular night shifts. Training, base pay, and incentive opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required and clean driving record.
• DOT requirements met before first day (medical certification).
• 21 years of age or older with ability to lift and move supplies.
• Provide documentation of previous employment as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
