Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products and more.

You will build rapport with key decision makers, maintain quality standards, and drive growth by upselling and cross-selling while following DOT regulations and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with key decision makers.

• Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, ambition, and good organizational skills.
• DOT-regulated vehicle requirements include a valid license and related documentation.
