Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Renton, WA is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels and other facility products.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends, and supported by a comprehensive training program. You will earn a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment and enjoy monthly/quarterly bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day.
• High School diploma or GED or Military Service.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work in a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
