Qualifications

• Meet DOT requirements: active driver’s license, 21+ years of age, DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Demonstrate physical ability for the role.
• Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
