Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route-based position with delivery and pickup of uniforms, towels, cleaning products, and other facility services. Majority of time on a 4-day workweek, with no nights or weekends.

Serving on-site customers, you will respond to needs, ensure quality, and uphold safety. Competitive pay with commissions and ongoing training opportunities to advance within our growing organization.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements.
• Be at least 21 years old and hold an active driver’s license.
• Provide documentation of previous employment as required by company policy.
• Display strong customer service orientation and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while upholding safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving regulations and company policies.
