Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items.

This role includes a comprehensive 10-week training program, solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, and minimal nights or weekends

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements
• Be at least 21 years old
• DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of prior employment

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
