Cintas Corporation in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services. The role offers a 4-day workweek for many, with no nights or weekends for most and a base salary with

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle (>10,000 lbs).
• Active driver’s license required; must be 21+.
• DOT medical certification required; provide prior employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and be the face of Cintas to customers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
