Job summary

GENDA Americas is seeking a motivated Retail Merchandiser to service a route of amusement machines across designated locations. You will clean, merchandise, and monitor machines, collect payments, and report meters daily.

Overnight travel is occasional, 1–2 times per month, with a company vehicle provided. Responsibilities include basic machine repairs, coordinating with Tech Support, and maintaining professional relationships with site staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Strong mathematical skills for counting and playability checks.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic repair ability preferred.
• Efficient at managing a workload with minimal supervision.
• Cell phone and basic computer skills, including texting, email, and apps on iPhone.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle to multiple locations on a daily route.
• Clean amusement machines (cranes, gumball machines, video games) inside and out.
• Merchandise products to ensure visual appeal and playability; count pieces in machines.
• Collect cash, coins, and tokens; may prepare daily deposits.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with Tech Support.
• Maintain security of money, machines, and merchandise on route.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with locations and staff.
• Keep detailed meters records; overnight travel 1-2 times per month.
• Assist field staff with equipment installation/removal when needed.

Sign-on bonus available for eligible new hires only. Bonus will be paid after 90 days of continuous employment, provided the employee remains actively employed and in good standing on the payment date. Applicable taxes will be withheld.

Our motto is “Clean, Full and Working,” which means as a Retail Merchandiser you will:

• Drive your company vehicle to several locations on a designated route each day
• Clean amusement machines inside and out – this includes cranes, gumball machines and video games
• Merchandise the product in the machine to make sure it is visually appealing and ready to be played. Counting the number of pieces in the machine is critical for playability
• Collect cash, coin and tokens from machines. You may also be responsible for preparing a daily deposit of monies collected
• Troubleshoot and fix issues the machine may be having and utilize Tech Support as needed
• Account for the security of all money, machines, and merchandise on the route
• Establish and maintain professional relationship with locations and staff
• Detailed record keeping of all meters
• Overnight travel required 1 - 2 per month during the week
• Occasionally you may need to support other Field staff with installing and removing equipment from locations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Retail merchandiser should have strong general mathematical skills
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic machine repair strongly preferred
• Efficient at managing a workload with minimal supervision
• Cell phone and basic computer skills required, including ability to text, email, and use a variety of apps on your company iPhone
• Solid organization skills in managing paperwork, tools, parts, etc.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment motor vehicle record check, criminal background check and 4 panel drug screen
