Job summary

GENDA Americas is seeking a passionate Retail Merchandiser to operate a route, service amusement machines, and maintain visual appeal across locations. You will drive the company vehicle, clean machines, merchandise products, and ensure playability by counting pieces.

Overnight travel 1–2 times per month may be required. The role includes cash handling, basic troubleshooting with Tech Support, and building professional relationships with site staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong general mathematical skills for handling counts and cash.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic machine repair knowledge preferred.
• Ability to manage a workload with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in texting, emailing, and using apps on company iPhone.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle along a designated route to multiple locations daily.
• Clean and merchandize machines to ensure visual appeal and game readiness.
• Collaborate with locations staff and maintain professional relationships.
• Collect cash, coins, and tokens; assist with daily deposits as needed.
• Troubleshoot and report machine issues with Tech Support as needed.
• Maintain detailed meters, inventory, and paperwork.
• Overnight travel 1–2 times per month.
• Assist other field staff with installation/removal of equipment.

Sign-on bonus available for eligible new hires only. Bonus will be paid after 90 days of continuous employment, provided the employee remains actively employed and in good standing on the payment date. Applicable taxes will be withheld.

Our motto is “Clean, Full and Working,” which means as a Retail Merchandiser you will:

• Drive your company vehicle to several locations on a designated route each day
• Clean amusement machines inside and out – this includes cranes, gumball machines and video games
• Merchandise the product in the machine to make sure it is visually appealing and ready to be played. Counting the number of pieces in the machine is critical for playability
• Collect cash, coin and tokens from machines. You may also be responsible for preparing a daily deposit of monies collected
• Troubleshoot and fix issues the machine may be having and utilize Tech Support as needed
• Account for the security of all money, machines, and merchandise on the route
• Establish and maintain professional relationship with locations and staff
• Detailed record keeping of all meters
• Overnight travel required 1 - 2 per month during the week
• Occasionally you may need to support other Field staff with installing and removing equipment from locations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Retail merchandiser should have strong general mathematical skills
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic machine repair strongly preferred
• Efficient at managing a workload with minimal supervision
• Cell phone and basic computer skills required, including ability to text, email, and use a variety of apps on your company iPhone
• Solid organization skills in managing paperwork, tools, parts, etc.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment motor vehicle record check, criminal background check and 4 panel drug screen
• Company vehicle will be provided to facilitate the completion of your job duties
