Responsibilities include building customer relationships, collaborating with management, and negotiating contract renewals. Candidates should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Business savvy with ability to increase profit and customer satisfaction.
• Results-driven relationship manager who will roll up sleeves.
• Mentor Route Service Representatives and Supervisors.
• Must drive a personal vehicle per UniFirst standards.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to problem solve and handle various customer situations.
• Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
• 21 years of age.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license in state of residence.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
