Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives delivering to multiple customers daily. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for the location in Maine.

You will recruit, train, and develop your team, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with the location management team to provide premier service and program offerings.

Qualifications

• Business savvy with the ability to increase profit and grow customer satisfaction within the UniFirst location.
• Results-driven relationship manager who can support the team and the customer.
• Willingness to coach and lead a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.
• Must meet minimum auto insurance requirements and have a valid non-commercial driver’s license.
• Ability to solve problems and handle various customer service situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, training, and development of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with customers and elevate customer satisfaction gains.
• Collaborate with location management to deliver excellent service and programs.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals.
