Job Description

The Route Service Delivery Driver primarily provides premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, promotes growth through upselling, manages account information, and works safely. This role requires safe operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).

Reporting Location: Baltimore, MD
Pay: $63,605 / year + tips
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed)
Start Time: Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completion

Skills Required:

• Safety Focus: Operate vehicles responsibly, follow safe work practices, complete DOT documentation daily, adhere to safety policies including no electronic device use while driving, and report incidents or changes.

• Service Orientation: Be courteous, professional, deliver products accurately and on time, maintain account records, find efficiency opportunities, support team decisions, and provide water dispenser cleaning services.

• Selling Skills: Follow pricing and promotion guidelines, upsell products, and meet customer acquisition goals.

Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable roles). Primo Brands can assist with obtaining this license.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong face-to-face sales skills and service orientation.
• Ability to work independently in various weather conditions and settings.
• Physical ability to lift and carry over 250 units daily, each up to 45 lbs., using appropriate tools, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to climb in/out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times daily.
• Work approximately 45 hours or more weekly, with variable start/end times.
• Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day, with or without accommodations.
• Must obtain a DOT medical card and have a clean driving record per specified criteria, including age of 21 or older.
