Drivers earn an average of $1,900 weekly, with top 10% making over $100k annually.

• Weekly pay
• $27/hr base pay + $1 for every 3 certifications/endorsements
• Overtime after 40 hours
• 40+ hours/week
• $50/night per diem
• Overnights booked at hotel or sleeper
• Paid travel
• Sign-on bonus: $500 ($250 at 30 days, $250 at 90 days)
• Annual tenure bonus: $1,000
• Paid training
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible

Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder drivers service the route, not the truck. Maintenance and fueling are handled by Ryder facilities and staff.

• Deliver solo to VA, MD, DE, PA, NC, NJ, NY
• Equipment: Day cab, sleeper, 26' straight truck
• Trailers: 48'-53' flatbed, dry van, reefer, conestoga, curtainside, containers (6 months flatbed experience required)
• Endorsements: Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples
• Manual transmission experience required
• Equipment includes pallet jacks, rollers, Moffett, lift gate
• Freight: Touch/no touch varies by account
• Load securement: strapping, tarping, chaining

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test, background, motor vehicle check, DOT physical, road test
• Hold valid CDL with endorsements
• Experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5 years, or 5 years in past 10 years
• Ability to follow instructions, interpret laws and regulations
