Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to serve clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure on-time delivery.
• Load/unload product per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth for profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain personal safety and follow all safety practices and policies.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the role.
