Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong customer relationships and drive route growth while delivering products safely and on time.

You will manage daily delivery routes, load/unload, review invoices, and communicate pricing and services clearly. The role requires a clean driving record, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience across a diverse client base.
• Strong math abilities and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van and service a variety of clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation up to date.
• Manage daily route independently for on-time delivery.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections if needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to improve profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety practices and wear appropriate safety gear.
