Prudential Overall Supply Inc. is seeking a Route Service Representative for a full-time role in Phoenix, AZ. You will drive a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver uniforms, towels, mats and other rentals, while building strong customer relationships and seeking upsell opportunities.

The position includes a Monday–Friday schedule, 40+ hours, and full benefits. You will maintain safety, meet regulatory requirements, and contribute to a high level of service with consistency.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a sales orientation are essential.
• Active driver’s license with a clean record is required.
• Willing to obtain a Class A license within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products within an assigned territory.
• Load and unload merchandise, ensuring loads are accurate and properly prepared.
• Use company devices to manage customer orders and update the route book.
