Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking motivated Route Service Representatives in Virginia to operate company trucks, deliver and pickup uniforms, towels, mats, and other rental products within an assigned territory.

You will build relationships with customers, identify upsell opportunities to earn a route bonus and commission, and maintain safety and compliance while following all regulations. This is a full-time, year-round position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required, 21+ years old.
• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Class A license within 12 months is encouraged/expected.
• Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products.
• Load and unload merchandise and maintain proper handling.
• Manage customer orders and communicate invoice changes using company devices.
• Maintain an updated route book and support smooth route operations.
