Job summary

Bonnie Plants, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and merchandising Bonnie products to retailers. The role requires driving a company truck, building customer relationships and achieving sales growth through effective route management.

The position requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years of route sales or customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license with DOT eligibility. Market-area residency is preferred and frequent travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of customer service and/or route sales experience preferred.
• Live in market area preferred.
• Valid driver's license; meet Federal DOT eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call on customers or potential customers to make sales and obtain orders.
• Negotiate with customers regarding sales, location, space and product mix.
• Grow the route by increasing volumes and sell-through rates.
• Prepare and display items to facilitate sales and maximize presentation.
• Drive a company-owned truck to multiple stops and deliver products.
• Ensure DOT compliance and coordinate with the Transportation Compliance Officer.
• Train and advise the Route Helper in duties.
• Attend annual sales meetings and required trainings.
• Merchandise products and maintain shelves and displays.
• Maintain vehicle interior, cleanliness and safety.
• Aim for sales growth and business expansion.
