Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Route Sales & Service Representative to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This isn't a delivery job with a sales title, it's a B2B sales and account management role that happens to come with a truck.

You will own and grow your route, prospect and close new business, upsell existing customers on additional products and services, and maintain professional, responsive

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years/36 months.
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; this is account management and outside sales.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Be tech-savvy; learn new systems with minimal training.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships with responsive, professional service.
