Mission Linen Supply is seeking a motivated Route Sales & Service Representative to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn commissions based on the new business you drive. This role blends outside sales with account management on a company truck.

The position offers uncapped commission, a stable essential-services business, and opportunities to progress from Route Relief Driver into a dedicated territory role. Benefit packages include health, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years or 36 months.
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route, this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new technology, adapt to updates independently, and pick up new systems with minimal training.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop.
