Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated, sales-driven Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This role combines B2B sales with account management and a company truck.

Starting pay is $25.55/hour, based on experience. Once assigned a route, the average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000 with uncapped commission potential tied to new business and account growth you drive.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — CDL not required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years (36 months).
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route, this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new technology, adapt to updates independently, and pick up new systems with minimal training.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long‑term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop.

Skills

Sales and customer service experience

Valid Class C driver’s license

Loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily
