Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This is a B2B sales and account management role that comes with a truck, not just delivery.

Starting pay is $25.86 per hour, based on experience. Once a route is assigned, total annual compensation typically exceeds $80,000 with uncapped commission potential based on new business and account growth you drive.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license; CDL not required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs daily and drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; account management and outside sales.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Learn new technology quickly and adapt to updates with minimal training.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
