Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route and grow accounts. This is a B2B sales and account management role with a truck and uncapped commission potential.

Starting pay is $26.56 per hour, and once assigned a route, total annual compensation exceeds $80,000 with uncapped commission based on new business and growth you drive. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience
• Valid Class C driver's license - no CDL required
• Clean driving record in the last 3 year or 36 months

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route, this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery
• Prospect and close new business within your territory
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services
• Tech-savvy, learn new technology and systems with minimal training
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop
