Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This is a B2B sales and account management role with a truck, not just a delivery job.

Starting pay is $25.55/hour with average total annual compensation exceeding $80,000 as you grow your route, with uncapped commission potential based on new business and account growth you drive.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years or 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route, this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery
• Prospect and close new business within your territory
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new technology, adapt to updates independently, and pick up new systems with minimal training
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop
