Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This is a B2B sales and account management role with a truck, not a delivery job with a sales title.

Starting pay is $26.31 per hour, based on experience and location. Once assigned a route, average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000 with uncapped commission potential driven by new business and account

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years or 36 months.
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route, this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Be tech-savvy and learn new systems with minimal training.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop.
